To receive a username and login, you must be an approved reseller and provide a business license and/or resale tax exempt license. We do not sell to end users (and we do not compete with our customers!). Only one shipping address is allowed for each account. If you have more than one store, we are happy to set up a separate account for each store. This program is not set up to drop ship to your customer. (Please contact us for our drop shipping fulfillment services). Empty OEM virgin cartridges are returned to us at your expense (no need to send overnight!) and must pass both visual and electrical inspection. Defective cartridges may be returned for credit on future orders or for replacement. (Please contact us for and RMA) If necessary, your credit card will be charged for the complete purchase if the empties are not received by us within 14 days of placing the order or for any defectives or shortages that are received. You can only order a finished product at refill prices for the number of empties you are returning. Prices for empties sold to us, in excess of remanufactured product ordered at
eswapink.com net prices, are different and are listed on our order sheet. You may order finished inkjet product without sending empties and these prices are listed on the order sheet. Orders under $75 will incur a $2.49 handling charge, and orders under $500 will incur an $8 freight charge. All products come with our standard one year warranty. Finished products are remanufactured at an ISO 9001/2001 certified plant that is one of North America's largest remanufactures with a reputation for the highest quality.
